While serving there, he gave his best to the point of earning a promotion. Two times was he elevated to serve as a senior executive. As for education, Mr. Fowlkes went to Marine Combat Training. He also went to Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO) for a basic course in engineering. Later in the years of schooling, Mr. Ronald Fowlkes advanced his experience by joining the Navy-Marine Corps Parachute Insignia.
